Registration Terms & Conditions
By joining PBNC you will be agreeing with the following conditions below. You will confirm your agreement when registering online.
General T&C's
- The club’s By-Laws and Codes of Conduct for players, parents and coaches are available on our website – breaches will not be tolerated
- All Registration Fees MUST be paid prior to our 1st training session. NO player will be eligible to take the court until FULLY FINANCIAL
- Uniform fees MUST be paid at the time of ordering – NO EXCEPTION
- Minimum Uniform = PBNC dress, black or navy blue boy leg undies, white ankle high socks, runners
- Late registrations will be considered based on availability ONLY
- ALL PLAYERS MUST be in full uniform on 1st day of competition.
- It is your responsibility to advise your coach of any allergies.
Additional T&C's for Net Set Go
- PBNC cannot accommodate “play with” requests. At NSG, we keep the same teams together each year, new players will be put into new teams with new players who will also be learning
- Our main club training day is on Thursday afternoons at the Mallawa Drive netball courts, Palm Beach. However, due to court availability, your training day could be Wednesday or Friday afternoon. Your team coach has the final decision on which day your team will train. Players are expected to attend team training – NO TRAIN, NO PLAY
Additional T&C's for Juniors and Intermediates

Refund Policy
Players who have participated in any training, grading or competition games, will not be refunded the NQ and HDNA fees.
NSG players who wish to de-register will not be refunded the NQ and NA portion of the fees.
PBNC may grant a partial club fee refund up until first day of competition or Round 1 for NSG. No refund will apply after this time.
Queensland Fairplay Vouchers once submitted are non-refundable.
